LEE Yo-won Joins Family Drama THE YOUNGEST

JUNG Man-sik, E Som Round Out Family Picture
 

Actress LEE Yo-won has signed on to play the lead role in the new family drama The Youngest. The film, which marks the debut of director MA Dae-yun, will also feature JUNG Man-sik, E Som and child star JEONG Jun-won. The four actors will play siblings in the film, with LEE playing the second child of the brood.
 

A popular television star, with credits such as 49 Days and Empire of Gold, LEE is also no stranger to the silver screen, having appeared in films ever since her acting debut Scent of a Man in 1998. Her most notable titles include Attack The Gas Station! (1999), Take Care Of My Cat (2001) and When Romance Meets Destiny (2005). She most recently featured in the thriller Perfect Number (2012) and the MMA drama Fists of Legend (2013).

 

JUNG Man-sik is a popular character actor whose credits include The Tiger, Inside Men and Veteran, which represent only half of his 2015 credits, while E Som has appeared in titles such as Man on High Heels and Scarlet Innocence, both from 2014. Busy young performer JEONG Jun-won recently featured in The Piper (2015) and A Melody to Remember (2016).

 

First time director MA Dae-yoon was previously an assistant director on Sword In The Moon (2003) as well as a writer for various titles such as The Spies (2012), The Phone (2015) and THE ACCIDENTAL DETECTIVE (2015).
