Director

Kwak Min-seung was born in Jeonju in 1986. He graduated from composition and film directing in Kyonggi university. His short film 〈Mirae〉(2013) has received awards in Seoul Independent Film Festival and Great Short Film Festival. 〈Lucky Ball〉 was screened as the opening film at Seoul Independent Film Festival in 2015.
