JANG Hyuk Cast in Chinese Production

Will Co-Star with Simon YAM and Wallace HUO

Korean Actor JANG Hyuk, of Innocent Thing (2013) and Empire of Lust, has been selected to star in a Chinese production. The film’s title translates to ‘Truth Prohibited Area’. JANG’s talent agency Sidus HQ confirmed on the 30th that JANG is thrilled to have signed onto the film.

In the detective mystery film, JANG plays a man who gets involved in a chain of related incidents that put him in danger. As he finds out about a mysterious past, someone is also out to murder him. JANG plays a character named Woo-geom, who is the CFO of an IT company. Woo-geom starts to question about the real father of his newborn daughter and as he uncovers the truth, he is chased by an unknown person.

His co-stars include popular performers Simon YAM and Wallace HUO, who will bring many people’s attention towards film. JANG expressed how honored he felt to be working with the two famous actors on the project.

JANG landed in Taiwan on the 20th and is currently on the set shooting the film.
