Don LEE, GIM Mu-yeol and KIM Sung-kyu Read Up on STORY OF VILLAINS

New Thriller from MAN OF WILL Director LEE Won-tae

Story of Villains (translated title), a new thriller featuring Don LEE (aka MA Dong-seok), GIM Mu-yeol and KIM Sung-kyu, kicked off filming on July 31. The film is the latest project from MAN OF WILL (2017) director LEE Won-tae.

LEE stars as a mob boss who is the only survivor and witness of a dangerous serial killer. GIM Mu-yeol plays a detective who hates mobsters but must team up with the gangster to catch the vicious killer, played by KIM Sung-kyu.

Busy leading man LEE is currently on screens in the smash hit Along with the Gods: The Last 49 Days. He will also be seen in the high-concept comedy The Soul-Mate this Chuseok, the same holiday season he dominated last year in the popular crime drama THE OUTLAWS (2017).

GIM Mu-yeol recently appeared in KIM Jee-woon's sci-fi action noir ILLANG : THE WOLF BRIGADE while KIM Sung-kyu played a supporting part alongside LEE in THE OUTLAWS last year and recently featured in the hit comedy-action sequel The Accidental Detective 2: In Action.

Director LEE debuted with the period prison and trial drama MAN OF WILL last year. Prior to that, he was a producer on the horror romcom Spellbound (2011) and penned the original story for the period drama The Magician (2015).
