Having served in the art department starting with the comedy <Girl By Girl> (2007), KIM Geun-a became set decorator for the senior romance <Salut d’Amour> (2014) and art director for <The Classified File> (2014). After a stint as production designer on the short movie <Like Soldiers, Like Children> (2015), KIM notably worked as an art director on the feature film <Beaten Black and Blue> (2016), which was presented as a Jeonju Cinema Project. With <Don’t Go Too Far> (2018), she received her first credit as a production designer in a feature-length title. It was however through her recreation of familiar decors of the 1990s in the award-winning indie film <House of Hummingbird> (2018) that she is best known.
