LEE Moo-young is a filmmaker, screenwriter, novelist, music critic and broadcast professional. As part of a collaborative screenwriters group known as Bangnidamae, he co-wrote several films with director Park Chan-wook, including Joint Security Area (2000) and Sympathy for Mr. Vengeance (2002). As a director, he first made <The Humanist> in 2001, which he quickly followed up with <A Bizarre Love Triangle> in 2002, both of which also featured PARK Chan-wook as a screenwriter. His next move was to make the drama <Like Father, Like Son>, which debuted in 2008. Throughout this time he also appeared in small roles on the screen, in films such as <My Sassy Girl> (2001), <No Blood No Tears> (2002) and <How to Use Guys with Secret Tips> (2013).
