LEE Da-wit is still only a teenager yet he has racked up on impressive array of roles in his brief few years on screen. His first film role was in the thriller <Paradise Murdered> but after building up his reputation in a few TV drama roles, his star really began to rise as he appeared in LEE Chang-dong’s <Poetry> in 2010. The following year he starred in three consecutive period films: <In Love and the War> and JANG Hoon’s <The Front Line> were both set during the Korean war and period action film <War of the Arrows> became the most successful film of the year. He closed out 2010 with a strong turn in the well-received Busan International Film Festival selection <Romance Joe>. A year later he impressed critics for his nuance turn in the highly-regarded <Pluto> from SHIN Su-won, also a Busan premiere. Following a supporting part in the hit 2013 thriller <The Terror, LIVE>, LEE appeared in the 3D omnibus film <Mad Sad Bad>, which opened the Jeonju International Film Festival in the spring of 2014.Less
