Director

Born in 1974, director SHIN drew the attention of audience and critics alike with his debut TO CATCH A VIRGIN GHOST, an innovative funky horror film. His astonishing wit and marvelous imagination in this film brought him his nickname ‘Tim BURTON of Korea’ and the film scored a commercial success in the box office with more than 2 million admissions. In 2009, he directed the creature comedy film CHAW which took in well over a million admissions.
