The 17th Asian Contents & Film Market (ACFM) opened on the 8th. The ACFM, which returned as a full offline event in 3 years, will be held together with various events such as Asia Project Market (APM), Platform Busan, and Busan Story Market (BSM), which will be introduced for the first time this year.

In particular, the market conference this year is drawing attention by expanding opportunities for pitching in the field and increasing the number of forums dealing with the future film industry and the Asian film industry. A variety of conferences, including ‘Busan Film Studio - XR Tech Lab Technology Seminar: Virtual Production - Breaking the Boundary Between Virtual and Reality,’ ‘AI Voice's Future of Film Industry - Supertone-,’ etc. will be held for the film, video, and content industries. Also, some pitching programs are prepared, such as ‘BIFAN Goedam Story Campus Pitching,’ ‘French IP Remake - Pitching Session & Round Table,’ etc., where you can meet new sources of IPs.

Busan Story Market (BSM), launched together with Asian Contents & Film Market (ACFM), is a source IP sales market where stories, the bases of all contents, can be reproduced on various platforms. At the Busan Story Market 2022, more than 200 domestic broadcasters and studios such as Studio Dragon, Studio S, Studio LuluLala (SLL), and drama producers/investors, including Monster Union, MCMC, Group H, Doremi Entertainment, RaemongRaein, BARAM PICTURES, NEW STUDIO, WHYNOT MEDIA, Fan Entertainment, participated to purchase the original copyrights to make them into videos, heating up the vibe of the market.

Meanwhile, in line with the launch of Busan Story Market, a business agreement ceremony was held between the Asian Content & Film Market (ACFM) and the Taiwan Creative Content Agency (TAICCA). Through this business agreement, it is expected that the Busan Story Market will present Taiwan's promising IP to film and video production industry officials while Korea's IP will also be introduced to Taiwan.

The 17th Asian Contents & Film Market (ACFM), which opened on the 8th, will be held at BEXCO 2nd Exhibition Hall in Busan for 4 days until October 11 (Tue).
