It's CHEN Bolin's Second Time to Partner up with a Korean Actress

Korea's HA Ji-won and Taiwanese star actor CHEN Bolin confirmed that they both are going to be in A Deadly Love (Korean title), a new China-Korea co-production.

A thriller drama with a romance touch, A Deadly Love will be SONG Min Kyu's directorial debut. SONG previously produced KANG Je-kyu's war blockbuster My Way, starring big name actors from China, Japan and Korea, in 2011.

HA, who initially debuted as a TV drama actress in 1996's Adults Don't Know, quickly expanded her career realm to films with KIM Ki-young's Truth Game in 2000, and has starred in more than 15 films spanning romance, horror, sex comedy and action, since then. Her previous works include early 2000's erotic comedy Sex Is Zero, JK YOUN 's disaster blockbuster Haeundae, and most recently, actor turned director HA Jung-woo's Chinese novel adaptation Chronicle of a Blood Merchant.

CHEN, who is best known for his awards-winning role in Taiwanese TV drama In Time With You, has also performed in a few other significant films that include: hit Chinese movie The Continent; the CJ E&M-produced Chinese remake of Miss Granny, 20 Once Again; and another China-Korea co-production, The Bad Man Must Die starring Son Ye-jin.

Earlier this year, CHEN signed with BM+ Entertainment, HA's management agency, in preparation for his advance into the Korean entertainment industry. HA also signed a management contract with CHEN's agency, Invincible Plan for her future activities in Taiwan.
