It revolves around seven people who record and stream their experience at Gonjiam Psychiatric Hospital, a place listed by CNN as one of the 7 freakiest places on the planet. This mockumentary horror flick became the first successful Korean horror movie in a long time. There was a boom in horror movies in the early 2000s in Korea, but it did not last long.
