In 1772, a scholar JANG Han-cheol in Jeju Island was on board a boat to go to land for a state examination, and his boat drifts away after the storm. In 1962, a laborer KANG Gwang-bo in jeju stowed away on a ship to Japan. Omar from Morocco arrived in Korea in 2007 and stays in Jeju now. The film is the story of three men and all the people in the state of drift.
