The story is set in the far future when people can separate their body and mind. However, in order to be regarded as human, they have to integrate their body and mind. Criminals run away by sending their minds into the Net. The police use their body as handcuffs to capture the criminals, so they change their bodies into the criminals’ bodies whenever they catch them.
