As soon as she graduates from college, Jung-ae (Nam Mi-rim) volunteers to work at a juvenile prison on the east coast of Korea, where the boys' violent attitude endangers her life. Meanwhile, her boyfriend Byeong-cheol, comes to visit her from Seoul, and begs her to give up what she's doing, but she hesitates. One day an escapee puts all her work at risk. She finds the boy and influences him positively. From then on happiness prevails at the prison.
