PARK Hee-bon, born PARK Jae-young in 1983, was first known under the moniker Jae-yeong, a member of the short-lived girl group M.I.L.K. which debuted in 2001, after she was scouted by SM Entertainment. After the group disbanded in 2003 following the departure of one of its members, PARK decided to pursue acting, something she already had in mind several years ago, and majored in film art at the Sejong University. There, she participated in short films and performed on stage, and she also met director YOON Seong-ho, who cast her in his graduation short <Portfolio> (2006). YOON worked with her again for his follow-up projects, the indie sitcoms <Read My Lips> (2010) and <Dr. Jump> (2010). While she released in 2010 a solo single, Twenty Two, she has remained first and foremost dedicated to her film career, and more particularly in indie films, with participations in <Grand Prix> (2010), YEON Sang-ho’s animation films <The King of Pigs> (2011) and <The Fake> (2013) (as voice actress), BIFF founder KIM Dong-ho’s short film <Jury> (2012) and PARK Jung-bum’s <Alive> (2015).
