Jaegu and Sunyeong, a couple that runs an auto-shop off a local road, find their livelihood threatened by the rejection from the local villagers and the trucks hauling things in and out of a nearby construction site. One day, Jaegu picks up a piece of metal that fell from the trucks and comes up with means to cause flats, setting off an unstoppable chain of events headed for catastrophe.
