The main character, Yong Ho is a man who gets easily hurt by trivial things. He quits his job to pursue his old dream of studying films, and this allows him to film his own life. Nevertheless, Yong Ho fails to free himself from a past illusion. Feeling sorry for his condition, his girlfriend Ji Hyun presents Yong Ho a puppy to soothe his loneliness. As time goes by, Yong Ho begins feeling deep affection towards his first puppy and starts filming a movie. Using a self-camera technique, he first creates a type of fake documentary film, starring a man of irascible character, who is going through a similar situation with Yong Ho; the man plans to commit a terrorist act by making a liquid bomb using nitroglycerin. Then, along with that short film, he submits another long film by adding a video that he filmed by himself and a video of a kidnapped woman, who in fact is his girlfriend, Ji Hyun, who acted for him. However, after watching the trailer he left on the Internet, people misunderstand that there will be a real bombing and panic. Fortunately, the misunderstanding surrounding his movie is resolved and receiving the biggest attention, he becomes a star overnight with one movie. On the other hand, the programmer of the film festival, Eun Hee, who has been watching everything from the beginning, finds out that the actual running time of Yong Ho's film and the one on the entry document are different from each other.
