THE WITCH Breakout Star Recognized at London East Asian Film Festival

KIM Da-mi, the breakout star from this year’s mystery-action-drama The Witch : Part 1. The Subversion, has received the Rising Star Award from this year’s recently concluded London East Asian Film Festival (LEAFF). The new star was in London to receive her prize during the festival’s closing ceremony on November 4 at the Vue Piccadilly cinema, which was followed by a presentation of the closing film Ramen Shop by Singaporean filmmaker Eric KHOO.

The actress turned heads in early summer for her leading role in PARK Hoon-jung’s The Witch : Part 1.
