  • Be With Me voted most popular feature at CJ AIFF.

  • Singaporean director Eric KHOO's feature Be With Me was voted by the audience as the most popular film at the 2nd CJ Asian Independent Film Festival. The film focuses on three stories related to love, and are adapted from the fictional and autobiographical writings of deaf and blind Singaporean author Theresa Chan. It first screened as the opening film in the Director's Fortnight section of the 2005 Cannes Film Festival. Held from November 3-9, the CJ AIFF featured 77 films from 12 Asian countries, including short films and animation. Audiences also selected Five is Too Many as the best Korean film in the festival. The 7-day festival was estimated to have sold 11,400 tickets for a 65% seat occupancy rate. More information can be found at the festival's website: http://www.cjaiff.com.
