- KINGSMAN: THE GOLDEN CIRCLE to Be Shown in ScreenX and 4DX

- 1st 20th Century Fox Title Converted into CGV’s 270-Degree Theatrical Experience
Incoming blockbuster Kingsman: The Golden Circle will be the first title from 20th Century Fox to be converted into the ScreenX format developed by Korean exhibitor CJ CGV. The film will be made available in the format in six countries, playing across 119 locations in Korea, China, Thailand, Turkey, Indonesia and the United States.The ScreenX format is still relatively new in the US, where it is only available in three locations: the CGV Los Angeles in Koreatown and the CGV Buena Park as well as one more location in Las Vegas. The Kingsman sequel will also be shown globally in the 4DX format from CJ CGV, with 400 screens in 49 countries having booked the title in the format.Andrew Cripps, 20th Century Fox’s President of International Distribution, called ScreenX “a visually beautiful and immersive format that transcends the traditional cinema and movie theatre experience.
