JI Jin-hee Takes Lead Role

Korean-Chinese co-production film Bad Sister (Du Do-si I-ya-gi) starring JI Jin-hee was released in China on November 28th. Directed by KIM Tae-kyun, of Volcano High and A Barefoot Dream, Bad Sister is a romantic comedy about a quick tempered Aries woman who become allies with a Cancer man to ruin her younger sister’s wedding.

Taiwanese actress CHEN Yi-han, known for the film Hear Me plays the lead role. JI Jin-hee and Hye-rim of famous K-pop girl group 'The Wonder Girls' also appear in the film. JI Jin-hee is against his daughter’s wedding and Hye-rim plays his daughter Jae-hui, a lively college student in her 20s. Hong Kongese actress ZHONG Liti, famous for Jan Dara and The Bodyguard From Beijing, makes a love triangle in between CHEN Yi-han and JI Jin-hee.

As it is a new film starring JI Jin-hee, who fascinated Chinese fans in hit films such as Perhaps Love, On the Road and Helios, it is expected to be successful in China.
