For Better Service through a Survey of Satisfaction and User Behavior

The Korean Film Council (KOFIC) has started to survey on the user behavior and satisfaction of its online business center, Korean Film Biz Zone (KoBiz).

KoBiz (http://www.koreanfilm.or.kr) is a site which was launched by KOFIC’s international division online business center in April 2011. It offers a wide range of news about Korean film industry and detailed information of various supporting programs for visitors abroad. You can get news and interviews, the latest information on filmmakers and films, massive database covering filmmakers, films and movie companies, guidance on co-production including Location Incentive program and more from the site.

This survey is available for recipients of KoBiz’s English newsletter by January 17th. It will be used to deduce what to develop and complement for providing better information and service in the future.

Participants to this survey will get the chance to win a back issue from KOFIC’s publication series, such as Korean Cinema, Korean Cinema Today, Korean Film Industry and Korean Film Directors Series.
