Detailed Information of Films and Industry Performance in 2012

Every year, the Korean Film Council (KOFIC) publishes a comprehensive new edition in its ‘Korean Cinema’ series as a detailed source of information and reference for members of the international film community. This annual English-language overview is comprised of information on films, basic statistics, and updated lists of film organizations and companies in Korea. Here on the KoBiz website (www.koreanfilm.or.kr), this series can be found in PDF file format from the 2000 edition on.

KOFIC has recently published its new edition for 2012, which features essays on the state of the industry, a box office report and information relating to every Korean film made in the last year, as well as incoming projects, which are broken down into fiction, documentary and animation.

This 2012 edition is also available as a CD-rom and print copies will be made available at a number of major international film events such as the Berlin International Film Festival, the Cannes Film Festival, the European Film Market, Hong Kong FILMART and the Beijing International Film Festival.
