YOON Seong-ho is an indie film director who was first noticed with his very first short film <The Road to Samcheonpo> (2001), which won the Public Award at the Busan International Short Film Festival. After graduating in mass communication in 2002, he directed a large number of shorts and participated in several film anthologies, and instantly became one of the most promising newcomers when he won one of the Sonje Awards for best short at the Busan International Film Festival for <Portfolio> (2006). He came back the next year with his debut feature <Milky Way Liberation Front> (2007), which won Best Independent Direct at the Director’s Cut Awards (organized by the Korean Film Director Network). YOON graduated from the Korea National University of Arts in 2007 and started a series of very short films called Pit-a-Pat which to date comprises eight titles. After the release of his sophomore feature <Dr. Jump> (2010), YOON ventured in yet-untapped territories when he announced the indie web sitcom <Read My Lips> (2010).
