Born in 1981. Majored in theology and biblical criticism at Catholic University of Daegu and graduated from Korea National University of Arts with an M.F.A in documentary filmmaking. Currently working as an artist in L336 and Creative Space Hwan. <Memories of a Pho-tographer>, which is the director’s debut long film, asks questions about memory, reappear-ance and history by portraying the life of photographer Kim Young-soo.
